This approach allows many hotels to operate their entire signage ecosystem without the need for external player PCs or on-site hardware infrastructure, resulting in cleaner installations, reduced maintenance, improved stability, and lower long-term operational costs.
Whenever possible, we recommend the use of these certified compatible displays to ensure optimal performance and simplified deployment. However, we also understand that many hotels already own high-quality existing screens that remain perfectly suitable for professional usage. In such cases, we can seamlessly integrate these displays into the system using our dedicated VERTU Interactive DS HD or 4K external media players. While this may not be the most fully integrated solution compared to native compatible screens, the final user experience and visual result remain identical.
Depending on the country, region, or project location, we collaborate with a network of trusted local technology partners, screen suppliers, and professional installers who can assist with sourcing compatible displays, installation, configuration, and on-site deployment. This flexible approach allows us to adapt each project to local market realities while maintaining the high standards, reliability, and visual consistency expected from the VERTU Digital Signage ecosystem.

As part of the implementation process, we design and develop all screen templates and visual layouts in accordance with each property’s brand identity and communication guidelines, guaranteeing a consistent and premium guest-facing experience across all displays. We also manage the installation, configuration, and optimization of the software ecosystem, whether deployed on compatible smart displays or through dedicated VERTU DS media players.
To ensure long-term operational autonomy, we provide comprehensive training sessions for hotel teams and staff members responsible for managing the signage system at property level. This includes content scheduling, day-to-day operations, content updates, and best practices for maintaining a dynamic and engaging communication environment. Finally, our teams actively participate in the project go-live phase, offering operational support, testing, and coordination to ensure a smooth launch and seamless transition into daily operations.

While our intuitive cloud-based Content Management Console has been specifically designed to be simple, efficient, and easy to use on a daily basis, we understand that hotel and conference center operations can occasionally require additional assistance, advanced layouts, or more customized communication needs.
Whether it is the creation of specific screen designs for special events, last-minute conference requirements, branded presentations, or operational support during busy periods, our teams remain available to assist whenever property teams require additional expertise or encounter operational limitations.
To adapt to the different needs and operational structures of each property, we offer three levels of support services: the standard Silver Support included with the platform in the annual fees, as well as optional Gold and Platinum Support packages for hotels requiring enhanced responsiveness, priority assistance, advanced creative services, or more dedicated operational support.
This flexible support structure ensures that every hotel can benefit from the right level of assistance, allowing on-property teams to remain autonomous in their daily operations while knowing expert hospitality digital signage support is always available whenever needed.

A Simple 4-Step Process for a Successful Digital Signage Deployment

Every successful digital signage project begins with understanding the operational needs, guest journey, brand standards, and communication objectives of the property.
During this initial consultation phase, our teams work closely with hotel management, operations, sales & marketing, conference services, and IT departments to identify:
the required screen locations,
operational workflows,
content requirements,
existing infrastructure,
hardware compatibility,
and brand expectations.
This first phase allows us to define the most suitable technical architecture and signage strategy tailored to the hotel, conference center, resort, or multi-property environment.

Once the project scope has been validated, we proceed with the technical and creative preparation of the platform.
This phase includes:
creation of the dedicated cloud business environment,
configuration of the CMS platform,
development of all branded screen templates,
playlist and scheduling structure setup,
hardware validation,
and preparation of compatible displays or VERTU DS media players when required.
If necessary, we also coordinate with local technology partners and installers for screen sourcing, mounting, and on-site deployment preparation.
The objective is to ensure every component is fully configured and ready before installation begins.

During the deployment phase, screens, software, and devices are installed and connected across the property.
Our teams assist with:
software installation and activation,
player configuration,
network connectivity,
display calibration,
and full system testing.
At the same time, dedicated training sessions are provided to hotel teams responsible for managing the digital signage environment. Staff members learn how to:
update content,
manage playlists,
schedule communications,
operate conference signage,
and maintain day-to-day operations independently.
This phase ensures the property is fully operational and comfortable with the platform before launch.

The final phase consists of the official system launch and transition into live operation.
